Meridian connects working professionals with people who teach what they actually use. No course platform overhead, no recording studio, no certification. Just you, a live session, and students who want to learn from someone doing the work.
The format
Every Meridian session is live and interactive. 60 to 120 minutes, one skill, no recordings. If you can't teach it in that window, the scope isn't right. We don't do multi-week courses, drip content, or passive video. Students show up to learn something specific, and you're there to teach it.
Who teaches here
Meridian instructors are not professional teachers. They're people who solve real problems with AI in their day jobs, building products, automating workflows, shipping software, running companies. You teach what you actually use. You skip what doesn't work. If you're doing interesting things with AI and can explain them clearly, you belong here.
The students
Busy professionals who value their time. Some have never opened an AI tool. Some are already building with them daily and want to go deeper. What they share is that they want practical skills they can use immediately, not theory, not background, not slides they'll never open again.

You receive 30% of all enrolment fees for every session you run, paid on the last day of each month. No tiers, no thresholds, no fine print. Teach more sessions, earn more. That's the whole model.
The process
How it works
Submit your proposal
Tell us what you'd teach and how you use it in your work. Browse existing sessions first — proposals that cover ground we already have will be declined.
We review it
Your profile matters, but the biggest factors are demand and how many instructors are already covering your topic.
15-minute call
If it's a fit, we'll set up a quick call to get to know you and understand your session content.
Instructor Portal access
Approved instructors get access to the Instructor Portal, where you'll set up your profile, schedule sessions, and manage enrolments.
Languages
Fluent English is required. If you can also teach in other languages, let us know in your application. We actively want to expand.
