Meridian instructors teach teams to wield AI by showing them how it's really done. You won't be reading from a slide deck. You'll be sharing what you actually build, deploy and ship with AI, translated for the people who need to put it to work. Every engagement is bespoke, scoped around a real team's challenges, and your job is to leave them genuinely more capable than you found them.
What you'll do
-
>
Lead bespoke, practitioner-led training for teams that range from entirely non-technical staff to executives and decision makers.
-
>
Translate fast-moving AI capabilities into practical, usable skills, scoped to the specific problems each team is trying to solve.
-
>
Stay on the frontier. Actively test new models, tools and frameworks, and fold what works into how you teach.
What we're looking for
-
>
Significant hands-on experience building and deploying AI-based products or internal systems. This matters to us more than anything else on this list.
-
>
Excellent spoken communication. You can hold a room and adapt your explanation on the fly, whether you're talking to non-technical staff or the people signing the cheques.
-
>
Endless curiosity and a genuine appetite for actively testing new capabilities, models and frameworks as they land.
Nice to have
-
>
Official accreditation from one of the major labs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). A real plus, but far less important to us than hands-on experience and genuine curiosity.
How you get paid
We match you with clients based on what they want to learn and the experience you bring, so you only ever teach what you genuinely know well. You're paid per contract you lead, with the fee agreed up front before anything kicks off. No timesheets, no chasing invoices, no surprises.
Tell us what you've built with AI and how you'd teach it.
