What Meridian is

Meridian teaches practical AI skills to real people. Focused, live, instructor-led sessions. One session, one skill, 60 to 120 minutes. If you can't teach it in that window, the scope isn't right. We don't do multi-week courses, and we don't do recordings. Every session is live and interactive.

Who teaches here

Meridian instructors solve real problems with AI in their day jobs. They are not professional AI teachers. They build products, automate workflows, ship software, and run companies using these tools every day. You teach what you actually use. You skip what doesn't work. If you're doing interesting things with AI at work and can explain them clearly, you belong here.

The audience

Our students are busy professionals interested in everything from absolute basics to highly advanced, specialized topics. Some have never touched an AI tool. Some are already building with them daily and want to go deeper. What they have in common is that they value their time and want practical skills they can use immediately.

How you earn

You receive 30% of all enrollment fees for courses you teach, calculated and paid on the last day of each month. No complicated payout structures, no revenue share tiers, no fine print. That's it.

How it works

1. 1 On the next screen you'll submit the details of the skill you want to teach. Complete and submit this form.
2. 2 The Meridian team will review your proposal. Your personal profile matters, but existing demand for and the number of instructors already covering your subject are the most important criteria. We strongly recommend you browse our available courses before submitting. If you want to teach an existing skill in another language, complete the form as usual and we'll pick this up from your application.
3. 3 If your proposal is successful, we'll contact you to set up a 15-minute call to get to know you a little better and to understand the content of the skill you want to teach.
4. 4 If we feel that you and your proposed lesson are a good fit for current demand among Meridian students, you will be granted Instructor status.
5. 5 Instructor status provides full access to the Instructor Portal, where you'll set up your Instructor profile, schedule your lessons in the Meridian calendar, and manage student enrollments and waiting lists.

Languages

Fluent English is a requirement to become a Meridian instructor. That said, we endeavour to offer tuition in all languages. If you're able to teach your skill in additional languages, let us know in your application.
