Paperclip takes the "one AI agent doing one task" idea and turns it into a team. You set goals, hire the robot employees you need, and they work in parallel on the things that move the business forward. Everything — the agents, their outputs, the running costs — is visible in a single dashboard so you’re not guessing what’s happening behind the scenes. Aimed at anyone who has thought "I could automate this whole workflow if I had more than one AI working on it" and not known where to start. Small business owners, solo operators running too many things at once, people curious about what it looks like to actually run a company of AI agents rather than just using AI tools occasionally. By the end of the 90 minutes you will: • Know what Paperclip is, how it structures agent teams, and what kinds of businesses it’s a good fit for. • Have set up your first Paperclip business in a secure environment, end to end. • Have hired your first robot employees, assigned them goals, and watched them work. • Know how to read the cost dashboard so you’re never surprised by what your agent team is spending. How the session runs: 25 minutes on what Paperclip is and how the agent-team model actually works. Then we set up your first business together in the secure environment. Mid-session: you define a goal and hire agents to work toward it. Back half: we track the team’s output live, debug anything that goes sideways, and look at the costs as they accumulate. Bring your laptop, charged, and a rough idea of a business or workflow you’d like your first AI team to work on. It can be real or hypothetical.
